Previously, she played key roles in transformative projects, including the Witte Museum's $100 million campus expansion and Grunt Style's retail growth initiatives. Her career progression from Executive Assistant to Chief of Staff and beyond demonstrates her ability to drive organizational success through strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

Ms. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of the Incarnate Word. Her diverse experience and proven track record make her a valuable partner in helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives.
